I always pick up chicken and beef patties when I’m nearby for a snack.

I was in Hudson for a mini break from NYC and I passed this wonderful store. I’m so glad I stopped in. I got many great Jamaican foods that I’ve not had since I left London. The owner of the store was so friendly and warm. She reminded me of one of my aunts. Great place.

Update 4/18–Paulette refunded us $6. Thank you.I stopped by this market while on a visit to Hudson with a friend. The owner was a lovely woman and we had a nice talk with her while shopping in her store. We purchased 2 packages of coco bread and some curry powder. The coco breads were $6 each, which I thought was high at the time. I got back to my ap’t in NYC and tore into the bread. It was dry and when I looked on the tag it had expired 9 days earlier and the price per package was only $3.25 not the $6.00 each we were charged. Such a disappointment…..
