First and foremost I would like to clearly say that the employees are helpful and this was my first time going to this Sally’s. I went in for something that I later realized was not what I needed. I went back to exchange and unfortunately they didn’t have what I needed in that brand so one of the girls showed me something else .. which I thought would work but didn’t. So I came back to get a refund and wait until they had a shipment of what I needed. The ladies weren’t able to give me my full refund because the system didn’t allow it being that I did an exchange before I asked for a refund. What kinda con ish! Is that ?!! I was super upset because they basically was trying to take my money and only give me the small amount of what I made and basically pocket the rest! So I had to leave with the wrong thing because i didn’t want to give Sally’s the satisfaction of keeping my money without a me actually purchasing something ! Smh ridiculous!!!!
