I was told I needed a CPAP machine about three weeks ago and was referred to NUNNS Home Medical Equipment for one. All the staff I encountered on the phone and in their store were so polite and helpful, including Jodi, the respiratory therapist.She took the time to make sure it fit well and had me practice with it while there. Jodi explained the ins and outs of the machine and made sure I was comfortable with all the information she had just shared I was told I could contact her anytime I had a question or concern.Within the first week I wasn’t sure if I was doing everything correctly for I was having discomfort but she kindly explained what to do to resolve it and even adjusted the machine for me… from her office! It was nice not to have to figure that part out myself.I’ve called one other time since then with a few more questions now that I’ve gotten used to using. Sasha helped me this time and was so sweet as she explained how much the temperature and humidity affect the outcomes and my comfort.Sasha and Jodi are very knowledgeable and understanding when needing help. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for medical supplies in the future! Thank you all 🙂
