Newburgh Flour Shop was very flexible and accommodating with our needs since day one of working with them. On a whim, we went in to their shop to see what their pastries looked like, prior to working with them, and loved their delicate style and pastry work. From there, we scheduled a cake tasting (included 3 cakes) and had set in our mind the perfect filling/pairing for our wedding cake. However, for our third cake we tried, we selected a different filling flavor and were blown away! We went with two filling flavors, our original choice and the new choice, swirled between layers. In addition to the cake, it was extremely important to us to have a dessert table of decedent treats for our guests to enjoy post meal/late evening. It was important to us to have seasonal, bright ingredients that represented our wedding season and Newburgh Flour Shop delivered on those flavors! From the cake to the desserts, both our guests and us could not get enough.

I love this little bakery. They have some of the best pastries in the area. Their chocolate croissants are to die for! We have ordered several celebration cakes from them and each one is always as amazing as the last! We’ve kind of eaten our fair share of cakes from them this past year, lol, no regrets!! I highly recommend this shop!
