Fantastic service!The original weatherstripping we ordered from a vendor wasn’t working with our doors so a few Google searches for an alternative landed me on Quality’s website. This was a critical item for us since we were supposed to be closing out the following day. The salesman, Jeff Jr., had the item in stock but couldn’t guarantee that the product would get to us by the next day or the following because of weather and COVID. We placed the order anyway because they were the only ones with the product in stock and could get it to us the quickest.Just shy of 24 hours later and the weatherstripping we ordered arrived on our doorstop! We were able to meet our deadline and wrap up the project.They saved our project and the team is thrilled with their effort.You won’t regret working with them 🙂
