I bought a belt for my daughter, it was too short. They don’t refund or exchange. I feel like I was ripped off. Neighborhood stores should have better customer service. Rainbow is dead to me!

Horrible horrible rainbow shop ! I went in this location and spend a significant amount on 11/15/17 the next day 11/16/17 I went in to return some clothing and a fashion belt that did not fit me . I was asked why I’m returning it and looked at very nasty ! Then the store manager who is disgusting with the nastiest attitude tells the cashier final sale ( and I’m standing right there ) like she couldn’t communicate that too me. I told her I just brought this belt last night she automatically responded with attitude saying it’s not about last night it’s about the policy . I’ve worked in customer service for many years I’ve coached people on customer service and all I can say is that I am beyond disgusted by the way she spoke . I would be taking this to corporate because this is beyond unacceptable. I guess because the clothes is cheap so is her character ! If she doesn’t like working there or can’t speak politely to customers then McDonald’s is right across the street . Even McDonald’s workers have a better approach and attitude towards people !P.S . Disgusting person !
