I been meaning to write a review but always slips my mind, I use to dread coming to this T-Mobile because the service was always eh- it felt like they only cared about sales and numbers, I would only go and have Jorge help me but he’s no longer at this location. BUTTTT the last few times I’ve been here I’ve had such great service! It’s literally a 360 in the customer service. Everyone here is so genuine and knowledgeable and it truly feels like they care about the customer standing in front of them. I no longer feel that saws driven energy and it’s nice to go to a T-Mobile where everyone is so welcoming. I wish I could remember everyone that has helped me because every experience was a great one! Definitely recommend this location!!10/10!!

So I went on Tuesday morning to check the prices and the plans and if the 5G works here and some others questions, because I want to get this phone, but I was walking around for more than 5 mins and no one asked me anything. I was about to leave when I saw this phone cause at first I just saw the older phone! I’ll have to get it in another store.

My experience did not start out well, however, I was quite impressed with how Joniel, the t-mobile rep handled my situation. I have been a t-Mobil customer for 16 plus years now and in my book I consider that loyalty. My theory has always been loyalty attracts loyalty, however, for the past year, or so I find t-mobile has lost sight of that.My reason for visiting this particular location was to return a leased phone after receiving an upgrade device. The rep on the other side of my call to 611, assured me that the store would take possession of my old phone and send it back to them. When I got to the store I was told they could not do that for me, so naturally I became upset. Upset with my initial dealings with 611, which I won’t even get into, upset with the store telling me they could print me a label, but that was the extent of their responsibility. I became highly upset and started to speak my mind and then some. I called611 while I was still there and longStory short, the store realized it was something they could do and assured me they would handle the return.I promise there is a reason for my long winded review here and that is because I was, and still am, super impressed with the gentleman, Joniel who was helping me and who was also, most unfortunately, directly within my line of fire.Joniel, was patient, calm and extremely professional and courteous during the entire ordeal and I just want to call him out on what a fantastic job he did and how much he impressed me. I hope that t-mobile recognizes his efforts and commends him for his calm, cool and collected demeanor. Joniel is definitely an asset to the company.
