Today, I visited AT&T to buy a new phone case as I had recently purchased an iPhone 12 Pro Max. I was immediately welcomed with a positive attitude. I told Viola (The associate who helped me throughout my entire visit) that I was in search for a new phone case but only I only had $100 cash on me. Viola began showing me different options of phone cases, screen protectors and she also mentioned with two purchases of my choice, I’d receive a bonus item with a normal retail value of $49.99. As Viola and I were determining the best pick for myself, another associate, T came around to help with the process and hooked me up with a pair of Beats Flex!Thank you both, Viola & T for making my time at AT&T a pleasant!~Jeffrey

I was looking to replace my iPhone, and my carrier was Verizon. I had walked into the Verizon store, asked if they had any specials and wanted to upgrade from an IPhone 7 Plus to an IPhone 11. I was told they had no specials I would have to pay the full price, and my monthly fee would go more. When I was walking out I saw the AT&T store across mall, and decided to talk to someone in there. I have several friends that have AT&T as their carrier and have been very pleased.When I walked in the store, the manager, Jay, greeted me asking if he could be of help. I explain what I was looking for and he said they did have a Special on the iPhone 11, and that they had a purple one in stock. Wow! My favorite color! After asking some questions, discussing price and monthly fees. I couldn’t believe I would be paying about the same amount each month that I was paying Verizon, but price included the new phone same coverage, and insurance on the phone. Jay was very knowledgeable, and made the transition so easy to switch from Verizon to AT&T. What a very pleasant experience I had. Jay walked me through everything showing me the differences between the phones, and answered all my questions. I would recommend anyone who would like to make the switch just stop by and ask for Jay. He made my day and I’m certain he would make yours. . Linda
