I’ve been coming here since it opened and it never lets me down. I live in Stone Ridge, and Silvia may be my favorite restaurant in a 1 hour driving radius (it’s only 25 min from me). The decor and ambience is on point; I love the live plants and flower arrangements, as well as the furniture and lighting choices. Their cocktail menu and wine selection is creative and delicious. Then of course the food is delicious. On my most recent visit in April, I really enjoyed their heirloom tomato salad. I always enjoy their bibimbap.

Love the ambiance. Everyone there was very friendly and accommodating. Tables were spaced apart. But most importantly, the food was phenomenal! I feel like no choice here is wrong. Topping it off with some dope cocktails made this a perfect dining experience
