Very disappointing. I ignored previous reviews about terrible customer service only to experience it myself.I brought what i assumed was a decent order; customized stationary and 2 sizes of envelopes printed with name/address. I brought my current stationary and asked if they could simply match it as closely as possible only to be told no (by the lady referenced in other reviews) and given a catalogue to go through. I asked if she would help meand she said no. I was the only one in the store and left to order my goods at the local Staples where the customer service is always helpful and pleasant. I will not return….

Everybody that works in this store is very rude and unwelcoming…I don’t understand how they’re still in business…will never recommend them or give them my business again.

The service is impeccable. Last place to buy drafting supplies as most Architects/Draftsman now use CAD. They maybe marginally more expensive then the Big Box stores in Riverhead, But the convenience and service more than compensates for that.
