I’m not sure if they could make it any more obvious that they don’t want to do their JOB!! Clearly we were interrupting his computer time as he couldn’t move away from his computer. Told him we wanted to get my daughter her own line he persisted to tell me it was gonna cost way too much. I’m glad you know our financial situation, by the way we already know what it will cost. Then when we said we didn’t want to trade in her phone continued to tell us what a bad idea he thought it was. If I wanted your opinion I would have asked. It was the easiest of sales. New phone new plan.. clearly it was too much work. Tell me you want to be on unemployment.. with out telling me you want to be on unemployment!!

Sales associates extremely unfocused over all . . uneducated regarding products and services don’t get me wrong I love AT&T overall in my opinion by far ahead of the rest & I’ve used both android and apple devices on the big three AT&T Verizon T-Mobile and without a doubt night & difference in call quality coverage type signal strength and over all coverage radius…regarding your specific store in Auburn, NY my advice is to hire employees that have a interest in the industry if not interested and knowledgeable in the company as a whole products service and most importantly the customer don’t come across is pushy or desperate to make a sale instead try to build a report with customer and be present try to relate and understand the situation and task being asked of you. Anyways what I know ? AT&T keep up the amazing work as a company in whole appreciate the reliable services and dedication to attention of the network Performance.Best regards,Andrew Hawley
