April 12 2020.When i have opened an account i have paid for the full year and have been entitled for an extra month. I have been following up, calling you, talking to you in person. multiple messages have been left to your manager about this. Yet I have been charged in full today on my cc on file one month earlier then it should of been.This is quite upsetting if not to call it otherwise.
