Went in with a good sense of what I wanted. The owner still took the time to explain my options even after I revealed I was looking at the higher end units. I appreciated that open and honest conversation even knowing it might result in my buying a less expensive vacuum. He made sure the attachments would fit the needs of my house, including a larger wood floor attachment that will reduce my vacuuming time. He also walked me though some good home maintenance tips for better performance. You don’t get that service at a big box or on-line store. Happy I shopped local!
