After contacting Brighton Beauty Supply multiple times over a two week time period both over phone & email, I still never received a response, an update on the order I placed or a delivery. When the order finally arrived, more than two weeks after placing the order of $185.00, multiple items were missing from the order. These items were hair color that were needed in order to be able to use the other items in my order. So now I have two large, very specific bottles of hair color developer & no hair color to use with the developer..so I’ve been forced to pay for products that are completely useless & never received the products I actually need. I wish I had paid better attention to the reviews, as this merchant is clearly terrible & has no interest in providing customer service in any form. I wish that I could give negative stars, & I’ve never given a merchant a negative review before. I’m absolutely disgusted at my experience with this merchant. DO NOT MAKE A PURCHASE FROM THEM!!

they ignore emails after claiming “within 24hrs someone will reply”. I suppose if you’re the lucky one and you get your order on time then that’s great, but the majority of people have their money stolen until they can be bothered to ship.This store makes you pay for shipping, but takes about 2 weeks to actually ship the items out. I really do like the products but the service is terrible and because of that it’s impossible to shop at
