I called to get some questions answered on a smoker I wanted to order and was told that I would not be charged until it shipped so I ordered it on line and was charged for it that day even though it had to be built and would be 3-4 weeks. Then last night Megan called and I told her what had happed and she told me that she would cancel my on line order, refund my money and place a new order so I would not have to pay until it shipped. Well she canceled my on line order but I don’t see where placed a new order and I have been trying to call but all I get is a message to leave a message and no one calls back

you order product from them and they dont send it to you but take your money. i live 4 hrs from them and its been two weeks and nothing. and they give you run around. dont order from these people go somewhere else. legal action needs to be taken

Very good products but very poor place to call unless you want to leave a message and hope someone gets it. Website says open but when u call no one is home.
