Junior’s is a staple of downtown Brooklyn and my mothers favorite restaurant. I don’t get to visit often but love their cheesecakes and amazing milkshakes. If your into pastrami like my mom is then this is definitely the place for you. They are also famous for their pickles and beets on the table as well. If your in Brooklyn be sure to stop by and get some amazing food with dessert!

We new this was a destination spot if you are visiting NY and it does not disappoint. We got the Hungarian goulash, fried chicken dinner, chocolate cake and carrot cake cheesecake. The prices may seem a bit high but the portions are huge. This was enough for two meals for 2 adults and a toddler. We enjoyed every dish thoroughly. Though I wish the carrot cake cheesecake was a little sweeter it was still tasty.
