The last time I went in person which was going through the drive through the wait time was very high and was not greeted when at the window. Food was okay but nothing special. Also had an issue recently with a door dash order, my order was received by the restaurant and then as some time passed I didn’t hear anything which it turned out they had closed for the night. Luckily door dash refunded me as they couldn’t reach anyone either. Tried calling the next day and can’t even seem to get through to an employee. I’ve had to call the fulton wendy’s to get a working phone number for the oswego store. Hoping if I go again the service will be better.
