Janelle G. and her co-workers at Sterling Optical in Newburgh were absolutely fabulous!!! My husband Tom and I went in today for some long overdue exams. Not only was the exam comprehensive and complete, the customer service Janelle gave was top-notch! She explained all our options for lenses and the difference between the options. (Which is something other providers in the past didn’t do very well!) We feel that we got the best glasses to serve our needs and amazing service to boot! Highly recommend Sterling and their team!!

This was my first time going to Sterling Optical and I had a really nice experience. Janelle has incredible customer service skills, she was upbeat, and attentive. She was very kind and honestly answered all of my questions regarding frames and lenses. She also patiently helped me look for another pair of frames when the ones I had originally picked out wouldn’t work out because of my prescription. It’s maybe a half an hour drive from where I live to go to this office but if Janelle’s going to be the one helping me out then it’s definitely worth it for me.

I WAS ASSISTED BY A WOMAN NAMED JANELLE G. SHE WAS EXCELLENT. VERY PROFESSIONAL, HELPFUL AND HAD A LOVELY MANNER ABOUT HER. SHE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE INSURANCE PLANS AND WAS VERY CLEAR IN EXPLAINING WHAT STERLING OPTICAL COULD OFFER. THE ONLY REASON THE STORE RECEIVED A 4 INSTEAD OF 5 STARS IS BECAUSE THEIR SELECTION OF FRAMES ARE VERY PRICEY. ESPECIALLY WHEN THERE ARE OTHER COMPANIES THAT SELL MOST OF THEIR FRAMES FOR HALF THE PRICE.
