This shop and the employees saved me over Memorial Day weekend. My trailer picked up a nail in one of the tires and obviously leaking air. Even though they were booked for the whole weekend they were able to squeeze me in to patch and plug my tire. This got me back on the road so I could get all the way back to Texas without missing work. I am very grateful for what they did for me, and the staff working extra to accommodate me. Very friendly and professional shop will recommend for anything you need.

I went in for an oil change on a Sunday, which is a walk-in only time. I fully understand that wait times are longer with a shorter staff, and no scheduled times. I got there at 1pm and was told that it wouldn’t be done until 3-3:30. Again, it’s a long wait, but I understand. At about 3, another customer comes in for a new battery. He is given an estimate that it will be about 5 when his vehicle is ready. At 3:45 both of our cars are taken to the back by the same technician. Again, this is already 15 minutes past my estimated completion time. My car is lifted, and the oil is drained. The tech then moved to the battery change, and worked there until it was completed at 4:15. He then disappeared, then came back and finished my oil change at 4:45. Again, I am a reasonable customer, but having another customer moved in front of me for no reason, causing me to wait for nearly 4 hours is absolutely unacceptable. I won’t be going back.
