My son has bought 5 high end knives there. The service has been friendly and professional. The sales person even offered to send a knive in to Microtech that was purchased at another store. Thank you for your professionalism in your trade

I really wish you all knew how to display a knife. Making it so the only thing I can see is the spine is a terrible way to make sales. You definitely lost a sale today.

Horrible! I bought two $45 Yeti cups (a piece) to gift as a set for Christmas. They were to be engraved/etched for a Christmas gift at St. Nick’s Knives. I paid $10 and drove nearly an hour to pick them up 2 days later. when I got there, they showed me that “the machine” glitched and totally messed up the lettering on my cup. They didn’t have the color Yeti I had in stock- so all they could do was give me the $10 back that I paid for initially to have the cup etched. Now I have a messed up Yeti and I’m out 45$!Fast forward one week, I bought a completely new Yeti so I could still gift the yetis for Christmas. They refused to monogram the one cup (that I got to replace the one THEY messed up) before Christmas because they are “backed up”. They refused to admit they were in the wrong and were very rude. HORRIBLE customer service! Due to their own mistake and negligence, I’m out both money and a Christmas gift.
