I’ve been going to this location for years now and it is one of the few shops where I feel like I don’t have to worry about them ripping me off or taking advantage of me; case in point, during the pandemic I was well past the due date reflected on my next oil change sticker and twice I went in there (the first time at 5 months past, the second time at 8 months) and they told me that unless it was over a year past due to wait until I had reached the mileage cap, because with full synthetic I was just throwing my money away otherwise. I’ve also asked them to check my air filter in the past and when it was good to go they let me know and didn’t try to replace it and charge me for a new one just for the hell of it.
