Bought a mattress and was assured at the store and over the phone that it was NEW. Once it got to my residence I noticed it had a huge yellow pee stain on it. I contacted the store and they admitted ALL MATRESSES THERE ARE USED and they would charge me $65 to remove the mattress. The manager admitted her employees lied when saying it was new, but that she would not give me my money back. They will only give me store credit to the same used mattress store.DO NOT GO THERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BUY PEE STAINS. The mattresses are expensive and USED. The manager Paola is useless.
