First off, I live almost 2000 miles away from Phil and San Marcos Motorcycles. A couple of months ago, I came across his shop while I was looking for a 2021 Sherco SE300 Factory. These bikes are like unicorns, and super difficult to find. I contacted Phil and discussed the logistics of getting a bike to me, in Reno. From the second he answered the phone, Phil was incredibly kind and helpful. We worked out the logistics, and he arranged for the bike to be delivered to my house while I was on a work trip. He also installed a ton of aftermarket parts for me before delivering it, saving me valuable time. The customer service I received here is second to absolutely none! If I purchase another Sherco in the future, I can promise you that it will be from Phil and San Marcos Motorcycles!
