Had our 40 ft. Motorhome towed off of the freeway to Big Rig Repair. The owner Dave and his employee Jeremy were very polite, professional and knowledgeable. We were able to stay the night with power and water provided, as we did not get there until late. Work was started at 8:00 the following morning. They found the problem quickly and got right to work with the repair. I highly recommend this shop if the need arises. Wonderful experience.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value Charged me $450 for 30mins job with no part

Just went there had a hub cap put on trailer. They charged me an hour labor rate at $150 to put it on took 10 minutes. They would have got more work but when he wouldn’t even cut labor in half no deal. I like using small shops but definitely will never use this on again. TA is cheaper and that’s bad! Oh and best was mechanic saying that’s what they have to do to make money. Silly me I thought treating people fairly was the way to go.
