HEB is probably the best grocery chain i have ever used in my 77 years. The only reasons I didn’t give them 5 stars is their increased emphasis on HEB brands to the exclusion of national brands and failure to package produce in small enough quantities to accommodate single people and small families without waste from spoilage.
