We feel it is important to stay open to serve our customers during this challenging time and are working to do that as safely as possible. I had a bad experience with cashier Angelica on register #6 on May 1, 2021 at 3:30pm an wanted to speak to the manager but Gabriel called the manager on the phone but the manager could not take care of my concern because he first asked Gabriel what I wanted to talk to him about.I didn’t want to wait some more but I really wanted to make sure things got better for our customer experience but what do can I expect when the manager doesn’t care either

Customer service is NOT helpful at all. I have an online order and i had 3 missed calls and a voice mail saying to call them back. I called them back and the guy told me my order wasn’t ready… I told him so then, i got 3 missed calls and a voice mail just for you guys to tell me my order was not ready? He said yes hahahaI guess the academy team just wanted to talk to me about my day lol
