I don’t understand the negative reviews, the plans are very competitively priced (cheap), the app is simple and beautiful, customer service is always available and helpful, and I haven’t noticed a single difference in coverage or speed since switching from AT&T. 5/5 stars would recommend this provider to anyone. The only thing I would warn about, and this is in no way US Mobile’s fault, is that if you’re getting a new number instead of porting an existing one, you might get robocalls/spam from whoever had that number before you. I just turned on “silence unknown callers” in my phones settings and I quit getting spam calls after about 2 weeks and was able to turn that setting back off. Hope this helps!
