I called ahead to check on the wait time. They were very busy when we arrived as a party of 9. It took a while to get seated then our party was split up. Ok, no biggie. We waited for an hour. Nobody brought us menus. Nobody got our drink order. We asked workers passing by and they told us to use the app on our phone to place our orders. Went thru all of that then it says there are no time slots available to prepare our food. I finally went to the bar and asked the bartender if I could speak with a manager. This whole time, there were plenty of waitresses running around avoiding work that could have easily helped us. I even heard the hostess turn away a couple at 9:50 pm..she lied and told them they were about to close at 10 and they didn’t close that night until midnight. THAT’S AWFUL FOR BUSINESS!! So the manager came over and my first thought was.. wow. Because she looked higher than a kite. She came over and gave her spill about how she’s sorry and yeah yeah. She’s like if I can do something for yall let me know. I said well, maybe take our drink order..she was shocked and then fumbled around looking for a pen. It was a ridiculous experience to say the least. There was one waiter who stepped up and took care of us and I want him to know that we really appreciate him and his effort. The food was great but the service needs improvement.

The waiter fail to explain to me that it cost more for the 10 oz. steak when I order the 2 meal for 25$. Food and the alcohol was great. My tab was 50.00 plus l left him a tip

We really enjoyed our day there today is my sisters birthday. I cant remeber our hostess name or the waitress but they did a wonderful job food was on point. Loved it We will be going back again.
