This Lowe’s is awesome! Best customer service! This Lowe’s beats the 2 Home Depot’s in town combined in terms of customer service & organization of items. When I walk around the store, the majority of employees ask me if I need anything. The quality of stuff here is much better.

There are a few hardware stores in Brownsville, but this one has the best customer service and is easily accessible from US 77 on FM 802.Any day, with the exception of Sunday, usually,Is a good day to shop there. I was just there today (3/21/21) and it seems there were many shoppers buying plants, however, it appeared they were short-staffed.
