They shouldn’t be proud to say that they have escorted many people out of there.

If you have an option trying to find someone to care for your loved one pick another funeral place. The Director/owner is not only rude but non apologetic looking to make a profit out of someone’s pain. They will put the blame on backing out of a contract on previous employees no longer working for the company, that’s a poor excuse and poor business ethics. So DO NOT I repeat DO NOT USE THEM. Seek help in Corpus, Victoria or else where.SincerelyJuan Jose Chico (on behalf of Santiago Rodriguez and family)

I was really disapointed with them. When you lose a loved one, most of us have every emotion going through us. We get angry, mad, frustrated, sad, hurt and many more. I think the people that work there should be more compassionate and not worry about their own feelings. They should grow a tougher skin and be a little more patient. They shouldn’t be proud to say that they have escorted many people out of there. They should talk it out before reacting angry so quickly. I’m not saying they should let people treat them badly but they should definitely try and be a little more reasonable in our time of need.
