Can’t even be bothered to answer the phone… Not even the operator. Package came into Albany on tracker didn’t get delivered on time and went to colonie by end of the day instead of back to Albany where I live… Still waiting and I paid extra for fast delivery! SMH

(ZERO STARS ) Requested my packages to be redelivered the next day and it’s been 10 days and still no packages ! I can’t reach anyone over the phone and the 1800 number filed a complaint on my behalf but who knows what’s gonna happen now . This happened before a couple of months ago , guess what happened ….. THEY SENT MY PACKAGES BACK TO SENDER !! I’ve been calling for days . I don’t even want to order anything else online if I have to deal with this ! I’m very annoyed and frustrated. The current tracking status says “awaiting delivery scan “It’s been that way for the entire 10 days .They’re so lazy and I don’t understand how anyone still has a job .Another situation : I went to pick up a package and they said it wasnt there . A couple days later I checked the tracking and it said “ return to sender initiated “ She just didn’t want to check the back for me . She stood there , checked a little device and said it wasn’t there ! Lied right to my face .And before I reached the counter she was dealing with another customer and I feel like she was rude !
