At this location, I was told that they are not sanitizing their shopping carts after each use, and that they are not required to do so. I found that very surprising. The cashier even walked over to another employee who was stocking on an aisle and discussed the fact that I had asked. They didn’t even have the decency to wait and talk about me after I had left. Also, the cart cleaning towel station set up at the front door had one towel sticking out of it that was bone dry. I felt unsafe in this store. Your safety standards as far as Covid-19 goes, are laxed and substandard, and your people are oblivious to the dangers. I won’t be back.

I hate this location. It’s not even my usual store but my doctor for some reason sends my prescription to this location every month. I try to bring my husband with me because they are nice to him but extremely rude to me.

6/16/2019 Don’t try to use your easy pass at the drive through window at Walgreen’s on 50th and Q. in Lubbock. They make you come inside anyway. I thought that the easy pass was made so you could show the bar code from your phone at the window ( showing that you already paid and get your Rx. and not have to go in when your sick and don’t feel like going in. I could have used my debit card and sat in my car. So if you use your easy pass be prepared to go inside at this place. Not happy at all with these people. If I could have given them a half star I would have.
