My sister’s and I have been treated so rudely lately by one salesperson in particular. We have been singled out and followed while in the store. I expressed that we felt attacked and singled out and was told she was just trying to make everyone safe due to COVID. I asked where were the stores safety precautions posted within the store so that we could familiarize ourselves with them rather that have her on us every two seconds. She stated the store didn’t have any regulations posted for customers. When we go in I never hear her say anything to any other customers. I wish I knew her name and what her issue is, nevertheless we will not be returning nor do we recommend this location to anyone. There is literally one person who is always helpful and that is Angie, this other woman has long dark hair that is always pulled back, she is older and heavy set. Management needs to address her as she has cost the store customers. We all have choices as to where we purchase our cosmetics, save your time and money and do not shop here.

Nice employees and i get the whole no tester thing, but they could atleast get a clean brush and swatch on my arm or something. Wasnt expecting them to swatch the highlighter on themselves when i asked for a swatch……seeing it swatched on a completely different skin color and tone doesnt help at all….

1st off it’s too many store reps in the store standing on the isle doing nothing in addition you can’t shop ….literally every associates asking if you need help which is good but you just saw/heard another associate ask (now I am black so I don’t know if that was the reason either) let me shop in peace I would literally rather go online and get my FB foundation color wrong and reorder until I get it right before I go back in that store…… on the up and up tho they did ask me every step of the way did I need anything like literally every step of the way ♀️
