This Pasadena location is by far the worst Claire’s location I’ve ever visited. The lady had extremely poor customer service and wasn’t helpful when I tried to inquire about ear piercings. She was very reluctant to answer my questions and gave me unclear and rude short responses, which immediately was a strong indicator that I couldn’t trust her to get the job done professionally and accurately. I highly recommend visiting a different location for better customer service and professionalism.

Horrible experience for what should have been a memorable one! If I could give less then 1 star I would. We went to have my daughters ears pierced and we were talked to very rude and met with poor service from the start. Both the young lady and the elder woman named Olga who was in charge were bad mouthing another customer to begin with. They then told me I had to wait outside while I was shopping for my daughter and I had to raise my voice and let them know I had every right to be there as the store was no where near full or beyond capacity. Only after we brought up that they were being unnecessarily rude and somewhat hateful did they change their tone. No one should have to experience this at a place where they are paying for a service. I will never go back and would advise anyone I know or anyone thinking of going not to as well.
