Dropped off the RV March 18, 2021. Gave them a list of items to be completed and told them I needed it back the third week in April. Got back the last week in April causing me to miss some of my camping trips. They promised to complete repairs and maintenance on the RV per our agreement. Called several times and they said that everything based on my checklist were completed……..false. Several items missed that were agreed-upon. Also upon pick up of the RV the fuel line on the generator was leaking, the installation of the Wally receivers were not professionally done wiring nightmare, the gray and black dump valves were to be lubed for easier operation not so, failed to replace air filter, oil cap missing, coaxial cable for outdoor TV not installed, floor vents and ceiling vents not cleaned, and not sure about other repairs. Several excuses and cut corners. Also, rushed out after pickup.

At first everything was great. Heater was running but not correctly. Replaced parts started up running again needed motor. Replaced that ran great for the night then started to do an 8 sec start and stop thing. Called him back said he would be here. Never showed. Called again insists it’s a mouse that chewed a wire and its a fluke. Never checked to see if the wires were damaged. Just left me cold. Would have paid for them to go thru the wires if they told me how much to save since I cannot move my rv. They tried but I feel I’m not worth the try again. Cold and confused.
