I had an issue with a Shipt shopper/driver and I called customer care at Shipt. I spoke to Will who was genuinely concerned about my issue with this shopper. He documented the entire long story and I stated that I only wanted this shopper retrained as I had no desire for them to lose their job. Will spoke to the shopper and they said my grocery order was on it’s way. I had to call back to Shipt customer care because the shopper tried to delivery my packages to my neighbor and when I said to the shopper they belong over here he told me he had the wrong address which was a lie, so this time I speak with Peyton and just like Will she was concerned and cared for my issue with this shopper. Peyton told me everything Will had documented and she will now add to that documentation. I an sure this shopper/driver will get retrained but most important was the way Will and Payton handled my call, they both deserve 5 stars for representing their company in a positive light. Because of them I will continue to use this valuable service!!! A great big thanks to Will and Payton, Job Well Done!!!

Tried this service today to save time going to the grocery store but ended up having to go anyway. I ordered broccoli that wasn’t there and eggs that came damaged. This is why you shouldn’t force consumers to tip upfront.

If I could give Shipt zero stars, I absolutely would. I’ve been a Shipt shopper for over 4 years, and there are huge service quality and pay issues that Shipt is not addressing that shoppers like me are upset about. They’ve been hiring waves and waves of untrained new shoppers, and they’ve cut their shopper pay during this Covid-19 pandemic. They are only out to overprice groceries as much as they can, profiteer by underpaying shoppers as much as they can, and make the biggest profits off of you that they can. If you need a grocery delivery service, there are other grocery delivery services out there that would almost certainly do a better job at a much lower price than Shipt, and I say this as a Shipt shopper and member who knows the grocery delivery industry very well.
