Rude AF people in the grooming salon to my 12yo. Being sarcastic to him when he asked a question about if an appointment was needed for a nail trim. He was told only on fridays…today happened to be a Friday. No one greeted us when we walked in nor as we left. I already rarely shop here but now I won’t be back. Good thing no one in this store cares anyways. Save your money & shop another pet store altogether.

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Reliability, Responsiveness, Value Was harassed by the manager Claire. I know from workers that the cages are infested with fleas, they never clean the kennels and mistreat rowdy dogs.
