Cons: I wasn’t greeted upon entry. No one asked if I needed help. Once I did ask for help, he led me down the wrong aisle (as if AAP is huge).Pro: Upon leaving both employees told me to have a great day!

Product stocked in wrong spot, after that they changed price say it was from a different part that is showing in stock but wasn’t. Very rude and manger don’t come out but talk from back. Should be shut down.

I live nearby, so I have gone to this store countless times. But today I had a fantastic experience. My brake stop broke, and the one I originally purchased did not fit because the standard was a different size than what was on my car. The cashier, Bryan, took the time to help me make sure there was no way it could be put on, then helped me find bolts that would work as a good substitute, while letting me return the now open brake stop that did not fit.I’ve always gone to this place before, but this time made sure I always will again.
