Tonight I visited this Dairy Queen on Morgan Rd. Usually pretty good. Tonight they gave me the wrong order. I ordered Chicken & biscuits. I was given chicken fingers covered in BBQ sauce. I returned to the store & they took the bag to the back. They came out & gave me my order. I returned home & when I opened the bag, I received the same wrong order again…only they threw biscuits in the box.Totally unacceptable service. Definitely deserving of a bad review.

Me and three friends ordered at the Drive-Thru Saturday night. All four orders were made correctly, the fries were hot/fresh and the shakes were delicious! Plus the service was AMAZING. The guy who took our order and cashed us out was extra friendly and he definitelywent above and beyond to ensure that our visit was a great one- and it definitely was! We will all be back very soon!!! I highly recommend this Dairy Queen!!!✴✴UPDATE: I have visited this DQ 3 more times since my first review, and each visit was a 5 star rating! Although I should add that on my third visit, the man who was working Drive-Thru handed me both milkshakes without any whipped cream on them, and when I told him that they were missing the whipped cream, he looked at me kinda funny and said Do you want whipped cream?Me: Yes, I do, sir. Don’t they automatically come with whipped cream?Man: Takes cup holder containing my 2 shakes back inside and adds whipped cream w/o answering my question. But the food was so good that I overlooked the whipped cream incident. After all, some folks don’t mean any harm; they just don’t know any better.

Basic comprehension eludes this place. My instruction couldn’t have been easier. A blizzard with X, Y, and Z. And despite the fact that X,Y,Z didn’t show up on the screen while she was putting in the order, I still had faith. I asked if she would like to add those items in the computer so they wouldn’t forget or mess up the order and I was reassure that they’ve got it. So I was pleasantly surprised to see that the order was wrong. I did point out the fact that theorder was completely wrong and they did offer to remake it, but at this point, you can only help someone help themselves so much.
