We had an awesome experience at this Location. MIKE GUENTHARDT IS AN AMAZING INDIVIDUAL !! We went to several locations over the past year and had not made the purchase we needed. We just never met anyone who truly cared about our needs over making the sale. MIKE spent all of the time we needed to feel comfortable with our decision. He was extremely patient with my wife and I. That is sometimes not an easy task. MIKE seems to be guided by a set of principles long lost by most in the service and sales industry. My wife and I are also in sales and customer service. That being said we are sometimes the hardest to sale to, because we have such high standards. As a professional, I would love to have someone like MIKE on our team. I know if we had him, we would be sure to keep him. All of that said, the products at this location are great as well. We were able to get 0% financing on a pretty large purchase. We are very happy to have stopped by this location and they will always have our business.

This store always seems to be busy, but I’ve found the service staff to be very knowledgeable and helpful. We ended up buying two mattresses from this store. We were very pleased with the product and service.

They were very busy but we were greeted as soon as we walked in the door. It actually gave us time to look around and check out the different mattresses they had on display. When Mike came over to help us, I had it narrowed down but was nervous about my budget. He said he could get me one of the display models that was being discontinued. Long story short, I was able to get a full set, plus delivery for less than the price of just the mattress! Thank you Mike!
