I just called to order a cake for my daughter, for her birthday and the lady was so rude on the phone and told me the cake wouldn’t be ready till sometime tomorrow afternoon and I told her it’s OK I’ll try somewhere else, thank you and she hung up on me. I can’t believe a business would allow an employee to treat customers so disrespectfully.
