We always find what we need at Lowe’s and things we didn’t know we needed. We had excellent customer service with the Craftsmans tool we were looking for. We found beautiful flowering plants to put out for the rest of Spring and Summer. Lowe’s had a huge selection of plants and everything you need to take care of them. This rose in the pictures I posted was too beautiful to pass by and I loved it’s name, Miracle on the Hudson. Their roses looked very healthy as did the other flowering plants. For those of you interested in Succulent plants, they had a big selection, some already planted in a nice container ready for gift giving. I love our local Lowe’s.

Service was good at the desk and check outs but as far as dept service it was rather lacking. Had a lady that had googly eyes for the guy she was helping and couldn’t get any help what so ever. After being told several times I’ll be with you in just a minute I said screw it and left. Ran out of time and had to go

We bought a new washer and dryer set over 6 weeks ago. After the first set was damaged on the truck, we got set up for a hard delivery date during the work week a few days later. We made arrangements as my wife and I both work, and the delivery window came and went with no washer and dryer. As it turns out, it was never even available for delivery. We finally got our washer a few days later, along with a loaner dryer until ours came in. Yesterday, I received a call and text stating that the dryer would be delivered today, Saturday, May 15, between 1130-330. Guess what never showed up? We canceled family plans today to make sure we were here, and ONCE AGAIN, no delivery. To make it worse, I have called two separate numbers for Longview TX Lowe’s, and the phone rings a few times and disconnects. We have been completely ghosted and cannot get answers. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.
