One and ahalf acre rooftop farm in the middle of Brooklyn Navy Yard! Hearing the tour guide talk about how this is done was fascinating. Rooftop farms not only provide much deeded green space but also help with water runoff in the city. This rooftop farm is the second largest in the world. The first largest Is another Brooklyn Grange somewhere else in Brooklyn!
Mario B
Awesome community garden on the top of an industrial building complex at the Brooklyn Navy Yard. Incredible use of space, jaw dropping views of Manhattan, great institution in the neighborhood.
