My daughter wanted her first guitar and this Guitar Center was great! Staff was friendly and helpful. We got a great deal on a gently used guitar and amp. Will be back once she gets more experienced for sure.

I wasn’t able to return / exhange my Christmas gift. The website said returns accepted until the end of January. They said it was purchased at the end of November so nthey wouldn’t help me. It was a gift, I don’t know when it was purchased. I had been a customer for over two decades but I’m going to avoid Guitar Center, Musicians Friend, and all related companies going forward. I’ve spent so much money with them…

LOVE how awesome the employees are!! Incredibly helpful & phenomenal prices on everything.
