It sure would be nice if this company could pay their bills. Got an order from George for 3 rolls of carpet back in November, shipped them to him and still haven’t been paid for them 2 months later. You can sure tell that Paul doesn’t run it anymore. 6 phone calls, 2 letters, can’t even get them to answer the phone now when they see my company name on the caller ID.

okay so I know I’m very quick to vent when I have poor customer service experiences, but today I had a very good one. After going to practically every store that carries cabinets in Mobile (including the national chains) I was disappointed that nearly every store that I went to had prices above my budget with quality below my standards. Then I remembered (God whispered in my ear) this place called Handyman’s Railroad Salvage Inc it’s right @Adams’s and Water Street. I was greeted by a friendly salesperson who escorted me through the store. He asked effective questions. They had solid oak cabinets lower than the national chains lowest price and superior quality. Take a little time to compare before you buy. In my case it was worth it. Oh and they cut counter tops too ^_^

Friendly Employees very helpful with ideas to make dollars stretch. Also some hard to find items as well as some items stocked at bigger stores but much cheaper for same quality.
