Make up lady was kinda rude. But it was early and they had just opened, I was her first customer and maybe she had some things going on in her life that was bothering her so I let it go… Store is always clean. Belks online pick up order did mess up and leave the alarm attachment on 1 of my items.

I went into Belk’s to get a few of the Kim Roger’s pullover shirts and dress pants. As far as the shirts they had very little to choose from. The Kim Roger’s dress pants were not in stock at all and was told they are having a hard time getting them. I’ve tried to order them online but not available right now. Store looked messy, could only find one customer service desk open. Store not busy.

While the Jasper Mall may have seen better days – Belk is still holding strong like a proper department store. The clothes and merchandise was what you would expect for a Belk – but they were well stocked, full range of sizes available, good sales, and the staff was friendly, helpful, and prompt. They do a good job – and they are definitely a step above what you can get at a Walmart.
