I went into the Athens, Al staples today 4/23/2021 and I was greeted promptly and then when I asked for help the young man (can’t remember his name sorry) jumped to my assistance and was not only nice but knowledgeable even walked me to where I needed to be! When I saw the price of the item I was hunting I was shocked, however I didn’t express this it was like he could feel it ♀️ He offered a price match and even found a great deal for me! I was beyond happy, he was then asked to assist another customer and said he would radio the cashier AND HE DID when I approached the young lady at the register I was greeted very kindly and she already knew about the price match! Also didn’t catch her name but she was sweet as sugar! I have been going thorough a a really hard time seeing as I lost my mom suddenly in February Since then people have seemed very cold and rude, with that having been said these two made my day and restored my faith in customer service! Even tho I don’t remember there names I want to give a huge shout out to them in hopes they will see this! Keep up the great work staples! Keep up the good work!

I have had nothing but great service when I’ve shopped here. The reviews are all low but I’ve never encountered anything negative. I’m usually only in Staples to have things printed for me but its always been a positive experience. Tonight Jacklyn helped me with an order & was very knowledgeable about it. 5 stars from me!

This place was horrible ,I do not recommend it to anyone… not helpful, my product fell apart putting it in the truck, they over charged me. Terrible experience over all
