If I could give zero that’s what I’d do. Staff is not knowledgeable or responsible and doesn’t not care to be. Their customer service is severely lacking. They do not communicate with their customers. The final straw happened today when I picked up my “repaired” engagement ring…for the third time. They “fixed” it with a yellow stone. It is plain as day that the one stone in the halo is yellow. How did they accept this back? Did they think the customer would be pleased? Not notice? Terrible store.
