I purchased 4 new tires in March 2020. After driving my car for 2 days the tires were riding really bad. I checked my tire pressure and 4 tires were set at different numbers. After I got out to look at the tires I noticed something wasn’t right. I called Corporate and they assured me that they will do whatever necessary to make it right. When it was time to take my car back to be fixed they were shut down due to Covid. I still haven’t been able to take my car because they’re still closed. A total waste of my time & money. I will never do business with them again.

We were camping in Gadsden and got a nail in one of our truck tires. We arrived at 7:45 AM, with nobody in line ahead of us. It took them an hour and 15 minutes just to do a tire repair. The gentleman who checked us out told me that they probably shouldn’t have assigned us the slowest guy here to do your repair. It’s 9:03 and we are finally pulling out of the driveway. They were nice but it’s crazy that a 15 minute job took this long.
