Without a doubt the worst Lowe’s I’ve ever been to. Horrible customer service, lazy employees who disappear and never come back. Went there last week to purchase a storm door. Employee in windows couldn’t get logged in to the computer. Went to find help, never came back. Found him up front, his response; come back tomorrow when full time help is here. Called the next day but the manager couldn’t be bothered to even answer the phone.Went to Home Depot, done quickly

I spent $700 and I was just trying to get some steps in while my husband shopped. He only spent $400. I did hit 10k steps on my fitbit and walked 2 miles in that store. Paint, a rug, a vanity, a mirror, and random items later….For those wondering, I went with the Peach paint.

This Lowe’s is the most unprofessional and unorganized store I have ever had the displeasure of shopping at. The employees are rude, have no regard for customer service or even basic human decency. The store is barely even managed. I spoke to a manager the last time I came to tell him how terrible my experience has been here and all he had to say was, I’ll look into it, we are under staffed… I can understand being under staffed but as I type this, I’m standing in front of the customer service counter, waiting on my online purchase to be brought to me, and no less than 7 employees are standing behind the counter messing around when there are other people waiting in line behind me. To top this off, I’ve been standing here waiting for over 15 mins for the item I purchased to be brought from the back to the customer service desk. This place is a joke. If you need home improvement items go to The Home Depot.
